Program Overview

KS Insight is a workplace coaching and leadership-development platform. Team members who have an authenticated account on the portal may choose to receive SMS text-message notifications for time-sensitive events such as:

  • Direct messages from colleagues
  • Reminders about upcoming coaching calls
  • Task due-date reminders

How Users Opt-In

SMS notifications are off by default. To opt in, an authenticated user navigates to Profile → Notification Settings inside the portal and takes the following steps:

  1. Toggle the “SMS Notifications” switch to the on position.
  2. Enter the mobile phone number where messages should be delivered.
  3. Choose which notification categories to receive via SMS (direct messages, call reminders, task reminders).
  4. Review and accept the consent language displayed on-screen before saving.

Example Messages

  • “Sarah sent you a message: ‘See you tomorrow at the meeting.’ View it at admin.ks-insight.com”
  • “Reminder: Your task for client XYZ is due tomorrow.”
  • “Reminder: Your coaching call is scheduled for Friday at 7 pm.”

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your portal activity and the notification categories you have enabled. You will only receive messages for events you have opted into.

How to Opt Out

You can stop SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
  • Toggling SMS Notifications off in Profile → Notification Settings inside the portal.

After opting out you will no longer receive SMS notifications. You can re-enable them at any time from your Notification Settings.
