Welcome to the KS Insight Admin Portal ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service at admin.ks-insight.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

The KS Insight Admin Portal is a calendar management and scheduling platform that allows you to:

  • Connect and synchronize multiple calendar services (Google, Microsoft, Apple)
  • View unified availability across all connected calendars
  • Create, edit, and manage calendar events
  • Coordinate scheduling with team members and clients
  • Integrate with communication tools (Zoom, email, messaging)

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Calendar Integration & Authorization

By connecting your calendar accounts (Google, Microsoft, Apple) to our Service, you:

  • Authorize KS Insight to access, read, and modify your calendar data
  • Grant permission to create, update, and delete calendar events on your behalf
  • Allow us to store authentication tokens securely to maintain your connection
  • Confirm that you have the authority to grant such access

You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your calendar account through the dashboard or through your calendar provider's security settings.

4. Communication Integrations

When you connect communication services (Zoom, email, WhatsApp, SMS), you authorize us to:

  • Create meeting links and video conference rooms
  • Send scheduling notifications and reminders on your behalf
  • Access meeting and message data for scheduling coordination

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these integrations complies with the terms of service of each respective platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KS Insight and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your calendar data and content remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However:

  • No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication where available

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • System updates and improvements
  • Circumstances beyond our control (third-party service outages, etc.)

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Microsoft, Apple, Zoom, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL KS INSIGHT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Missed appointments or scheduling errors
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (when available). Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked immediately
  • Connected calendar tokens will be deleted within 30 days
  • Your account data will be deleted within 90 days

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
